During session I only use evidence based practices. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Therapy which are  types of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone and therefore offer sliding scale rates. At this time I only have the capacity to offer a limited amount of sliding scale rates. However, there is a running waitlist. Click here to add your name to the sliding scale waitlist.

Is therapy via video chat as affective as therapy in person?

Research shows that Telehealth therapy is as effective as in-person therapy, and it allows more people to have access to services.
