OCD Therapy Group
Designed for individuals seeking additional support outside of their one-on-one therapy sessions or individuals in the maintenance stage of treatment that need a little extra support. Led by a licensed therapist specializing in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, this group aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment where participants can connect with others facing similar challenges.
Objectives
Group Structure
Bi-Weekly Meetings
The group will meet weekly for 90-minute sessions. Each session will include a combination of therapeutic exercises, group discussions, and skill-building activities.
Interactive Sessions
Participants will have ample opportunity to engage in discussions and activities, ensuring that each person can both contribute and benefit from the collective wisdom of the group.
Educational Resources
Some educational materials will be provided and others will be strongly recommended to support learning and application of strategies outside of group meetings.

This group is ideal for you if you're new to managing your OCD symptoms or looking to get back to the basics. Attending this group alongside individual therapy can help accelerate your progress. A significant emphasis will be placed on education, as research indicates that a deeper understanding of the treatment process leads to more effective outcomes.
OCD Maintenance Group
This group is ideal for you if you have previously collaborated with a clinician for OCD treatment, completed treatment, and are seeking a refresher to enhance your skills. It is also suitable for individuals who are experienced in their OCD treatment but are looking for accountability in their practice or extra support from fellow peers.
