Diagnostic Evaluation

This evaluation is a collaborative process to help me understand you as an entire person; including your history, current struggles, and your goals. Using all this information, we will determine together if we should move forward to create an individualized treatment plan made with a mixture of evidence based treatments. This service is only needed for new clients or clients who have not had a session in 6 months.

Intensive Outpatient Therapy

This service is for those that find one individual session a week is not enough to make significant change at this time. Some people need a higher frequency of sessions due to severity, accountability, or number of diagnosis'. And that's okay. Intensive Outpatient therapy includes two or more individual sessions per week for the same three time periods: 30 minutes, 50 minutes, or 90 minutes.

Family Therapy

In order to effectively treat OCD, you need to identify your OCD tribe; those individuals who are going to support you during your journey to recovery no matter what happens. This service is to help your OCD tribe learn about your struggles and how they can best support you during the tough times. The process will include an evaluation and individualized treatment plan to work through as well.
